Warranty Policy
We’ve designed our products for long-term reliability, — as in, a lifetime. And we are also dedicated to providing customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, sometimes there may be circumstances beyond our control.
If you ever feel your Durblet Card Holder or other Durblet product isn’t functioning properly, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Trigger Collection
Our Trigger Collection comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.
Other Products:
Durblet warrants that all non-wallet/card holder products are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the lifespan of the Warranty. Each products’ Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

To submit a Warranty Claim please submit a request from here.
Gift Warranty:
Gifts are also 100% covered under our Warranty Policy! Please follow the same process, and just provide the email of the gifter and the order number field of the Warranty Claim. We will be able to verify your product’s authenticity with a photo attached in the Warranty Claim.
Warranty Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim if we believe the claim to be fraudulent or if the item was purchased before implementation of our Lifetime Warranty.
